There&#8217;s an article in the NY Times <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/aponline\/business\/AP-Apple-Stock-Options.html?hp&#038;ex=1160107200&#038;en=8c58c1a127fe0d67&#038;ei=5094&#038;partner=homepage\">here<\/a> that says while current employees have been cleared of any wrongdoing, the investigation is still in progress and Apple will have to restate its earnings.
