Things are looking good for getting Obama into office, but let’s not get carried away yet. Forecasts and polls don’t win elections–votes win elections. (Well, sometimes courts win elections, but let’s not go there right now.)

In Colorado you can vote by mail, so we’ve already done so. If you’re not already registered to vote by mail it’s probably too late to do so, so don’t forget to vote on the polling day.
If he does TOO well, it can be bad news for the West coast. I remember one year, I think Carter conceded early? Then all of the Democratic senators up for reelection on the West coast flipped out, because the democrats stayed home since it was over. So for the sake of crap like Prop 8 in California (Gay Marriage), I hope it’s not too much of a blowout at first.
Yeah. Personally I think that voting results shouldn’t be reported until after the polls have closed everywhere. It’s clear that the early results have an effect on the rest of the voters, and that’s not right IMHO.
